Two ex-Belorus Su-27's were spotted at Portland Oregon International Airport on the military ramp. The aircrafts spent there only 20 hours being serviced.

Details on Su-27 license. China and Russia signed an agreement for Su-27 license production by Shenyang, as J-11, in 1993. 120 sets of components were to be delivered over three year and the first Chinese made Su-27 was delivered to the air force in 1995.
